According to the CinemaDrame News Agency, Hamed Behdad, the renowned Iranian actor and multiple international award winner, posted on his social media:
*”Seeing the suffering of my fellow countrymen pains me—no matter who they are. I weep for a mother whose young child has recently been killed. My heart aches for the soldier mocked for losing his limbs to the launcher of ‘Iranian defense.’ I am enraged by the bombing of hospitals in my city and by the displacement of infants from our land.
I despise this war that has been brought upon my homeland. Do not interpret my writings as weakening anyone. Iran is my red line, and above all else, it is what matters most.”*
